Sarah Haynes is a New York City based dancer and performer. Most recently, Sarah could be seen strutting the stage of the Tropicana Hotel and Casino alongside Frank Sinatra and Sammy Davis Jr. in Rat Pack; Back in Town. Past credits also include Greg Frewin’s Wild Magic, Roll out the Barrel at Busch Gardens Williamsburg and serving as dance captain aboard Bahamas Paradise Cruise Line’s Grand Celebration. Sarah has had the opportunity to work with many esteemed choreographers and directors including Mandy Moore, Patti Columbo, Jeremey Duvall, and Peter Flynn. 

 

Originally from Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, Sarah moved to NYC to attend Pace University where she graduated with a BFA in Commercial Dance and minor in English literature. During her time at Pace she had the opportunity to train with an impressive faculty including Rhonda Miller, Scott Jovovich, Michael Cusumano and Jessica Hendricks. Sarah furthered her New York training as part of Broadway Dance Centre’s Professional Semester.

 

Along with dance and theatre, Sarah is extremely passionate about health and fitness. She is a Pilates Trainer and Barre Instructor and teaches clients all around New York City. Sarah is also an avid Podcast listener, loves seeing movies in the theatre, and even though she loves the big city, is always ready to be sitting by a lake in the woods.
